This 2200 sq. ft.  villa offers breath-taking views of Seven Mile Beach and the turquoise Sea from the kitchen, dining room and living room. The spacious patio is the perfect place for casual dining and sunsets with ceiling fans to keep the tropic breeze flowing. Central A/C, Hunter ceiling fans and tiled floors throughout, keep this lovely villa cool and comfortable. Sit back and enjoy a film on the 48” Samsung LCD HD flat screen TV in the living area. The villa comes equipped with cable entertainment channels and 40 music channels to choose from, and DVD players allow you to expand your viewing. Original island art is featured throughout this spacious island home.

A fully equipped, high-end, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances awaits our guests, making meal planning simple and easy.

The bedding arrangement for Villa #25 is 1 King bed in the master bedroom and 1 Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom.  Each bedroom has a full bathroom & 32″ Flat Screen TV. The luxurious Master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower, water closet and 2 vanities. The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo.  A 3rd Full Bathroom with large walk-in shower is located just off the kitchen area. Hair dryers, towels, linens, bath robes and complimentary Gilchrist & Soames bathing soaps and lotions are also included.

In addition to the FREE Wireless Internet Service, there is also FREE Local & Long Distance calling to the US / Canada.

There is an in suite laundry room with washer and dryer. Daily Housekeeping is provided (except on Sunday).

All condos are 100% Non Smoking. No smoking permitted inside or on the patios.
