This lovely, well-appointed 6th floor villa offers breathtaking views of the crystal clear turquoise sea and white sands of Seven Mile Beach. The spacious patio with sliding screens offers the perfect spot for morning coffee or tropical drinks at sunset. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a separate wine cooler.

Villa #31 accommodates 6 guests.

The bedding arrangement for Villa #31 is 1 King bed in the master bedroom,  1 Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 Double beds in the 3rd bedroom. Each bedroom has a full bathroom & large Flat Screen TV.  The luxurious Master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with stand alone soaker tub, large separate walk in shower, water closet and 2 vanities. All bathrooms are stocked with bath linens, beach towels, bathrobes, hair dryers and complimentary Gilchrist & Soames bathing soaps and lotions.

In addition to the FREE Wireless Internet Service, there is also FREE Local & Long Distance calling to the US and Canada.

The in suite laundry room provides a full size washer and dryer, sink, iron and ironing board.  Daily Housekeeping is provided (except on Sunday).

All condos are 100% Non Smoking. No smoking permitted inside or on the patios.
