Welcome to Villa #18.

This luxurious 3Bed/3Bath is located on the outside corner of the 4th Floor. The large windows and high crown-molded ceilings give this light-filled villa expansive views of the beach / sea. Tiled floors, central A/C and ceiling fans on the patio and throughout the villa, keep guests cool and comfortable. A 47” LCD flat-screen TV/DVD is in the Living room, 32” TV/DVDs are located in each bedroom – entertainment and music channels. A wet bar with an additional ice-maker, has been added to the dining area, a real plus when blending cool tropical drinks!

The gourmet kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances and Krups brand coffee maker, blender, toaster, single serve coffee maker and every cooking utensil needed for cooking and fine dining.

The in-suite master bath is fitted with a deep, contoured soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and dual vanities. Each bathroom is stocked with bath towels, bathrobes and beach towels. Hair-dryers and Gilchrist & Soames bath soaps and lotions are provided.

Villa #18 accommodates 6 guests.

The bedding arrangement for Villa #18 is 1 King bed in the master bedroom,  1 Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Upon request, the 2 Twin beds can be combined and made into a King bed.  Each bedroom has a full bathroom, large Flat Screen TV and DVD player.

In addition to the FREE Wireless Internet Service, there is also FREE Local & Long Distance calling to the US / Canada.

The in suite laundry room includes a full size washer & dryer, as well as an iron & ironing board. Daily Housekeeping is provided (except on Sunday).

All condos are 100% Non Smoking. No smoking permitted inside or on the patios.
