This lovely, well appointed villa offers expansive beach / sea views from the spacious patio, living room, dining room, kitchen and Master bedroom suite. Central A/C, Hunter ceiling fans and tiling throughout the villa, keeps guests cool and comfortable. After a busy day on the beach, relax and listen to Music or see a film on the large LCD flat-screen TV in the living room or in each of the bedrooms.

The large fully equipped gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops and top of the line stainless steel GE appliances – making meal planning/ preparation a pleasure.

Villa #07 accommodates 6 guests.

The bedding arrangement is 1 King bed in the master bedroom,  1 Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Upon request, the 2 Twin beds can be combined and made into a King bed. Top of the line mattresses, pillows, and linens finish off these luxurious rooms. Each bedroom has a full bathroom, large Flat Screen TV and DVD player. The Master bedroom overlooks the spacious patio and expansive sea / beach views. What a view to wake up to each morning! The en-suite master bathroom features a large soaking tub, walk in shower, 2 vanities and separate water closet. Each bathroom includes a hair dryer & bath robes and is stocked with Gilchrist & Soames bathing amenities. Fresh beach towels are provided daily along with fresh bath linens.

In addition to the FREE Wireless Internet Service, there is also FREE Local & Long Distance calling to the US and Canada.

There is an in-suite laundry room with full size washer & dryer, sink, iron & ironing board.

Daily Housekeeping is provided (except on Sunday).

All condos are 100% Non Smoking. No smoking permitted inside or on the patios.
